We answer everything

Email: support@learnplayknow.com
Tell us the sport, the level, and what happened. If it's about a specific question, paste the question text — that's the fastest way for us to fix it.

Report a question you think is wrong

This is the most useful message we get. Sports rules change, and some genuinely differ between rule sets — what is legal in fast pitch is often illegal in slow pitch, and a high school rule is frequently not an NFL or NBA rule. If you believe a question or explanation is incorrect for the level it's tagged to, send it to us with the rule book you play under and we'll correct or clarify it in the next update.

Common questions

My progress disappeared. Progress is stored on the device, not in an account. Clearing your browser's site data, using a private window, or switching devices will start you fresh. Nothing is lost from our end because nothing was ever sent to us.

The app won't load in my browser. Try a hard refresh. The web version caches itself for offline play, and occasionally an old cached copy needs clearing — reload the page, or clear site data for this domain.

I want to use it without internet. On a phone, open the app, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. It then works with no signal, which is the point — most fields don't have reception.

Notifications aren't arriving. Check that notifications are enabled for LearnPlayKnow in your device settings. They're opt-in, and if you declined once you'll need to turn them on there rather than in the app.

For coaches and leagues

If you coach a team or run a league and want to talk about using LearnPlayKnow with your players, email us. We're interested in what you need — questions specific to your rule set, a way to see where a team is struggling, or just a bulk arrangement.

Accessibility

The app supports keyboard navigation (number keys 1–4 answer, Enter continues), respects your system's reduced-motion setting, and is built to work with screen readers. If something doesn't work for you, tell us — we'll fix it.
